I offer freelance internal communication and organisational culture consultancy services. I can act as a fractional Head of Internal Communication (for example 2 or 3 days per week), or work on a project for a period of time. I also offer 1-hour advice sessions for leaders who need quick, practical support to solve a communication or culture-related challenge. .

I am based near Cambridge, UK, but work with clients across the UK and internationally.

I have a rare combination of senior communications experience (15+ years in complex organisations) plus a deep understanding of organisational culture. I also have a Masters in Internal Communication Management, as part of which I carried out original research into how communication influences culture.
